Advanced Spanish course for those who have studied at least six terms of study.
Who is the course aimed at?
This course is for students that have completed an intermediate course and or can hold a conversation with confidence
By the end of the course I will have learned:
Learned to understand and give opinion on news and every life.
Do I need any skills, experience or qualifications before I join the course?
There is no need for previous qualification but a fairly good level of understanding would be expected
What equipment will I need for the course?
A folder for your work. A book would also be used in class but it’s not compulsory to purchase.
What materials will I need for the course?
What activities will I take part in and how will my course be structured?
Conversation, reading and listening, Then grammar as part as the homework
What will be expected of me in terms of personal or time commitment?
You will be expected to arrive on time, except for special circumstances, and good behaviour
How will my learning be assessed and reviewed?
Weekly, as we progress and constant revision
What could I go on to do after I have finished the course?
You could continue to progress to a better level and or you can do more courses in the centre
How will I say what I think about the course?
At the end of every term there is a course review where you can express your opinion and suggestions.

- ‘F’: courses are accredited and are funded by the ‘Skills Funding Agency’ for those aged 16 and over.
- ‘L’ & ‘N’ courses for those aged 19 and over.
- ‘L’ courses are supported by Leeds City Council for Leeds Metropolitan area residents, priority given to those living in disadvantaged areas, people not in employment and/or in receipt of benefits, those with low skills, no qualifications, disadvantaged groups or individuals with specific needs e.g. lone parents, BAME groups, adults with LDD.
