Practice and Learn more of the previous course or polish up your skills if you have not practiced for some time
By the end of the course I will have learned:
How to use the the expressions, the tenses and general culture in real situations
Do I need any skills, experience or qualifications before I join the course?
Previous knowledge and good sense of humour!
What equipment will I need for the course?
Some times we follow a text book, but It’s not compulsary, a ring binder and dividers would be useful to organise your handouts
What materials will I need for the course?
What activities will I take part in and how will my course be structured?
Individual, pair and group activities – watching video clips and listening to recordings of native speakers. Usually one main topic will be covered per lesson, with follow up lessons
What will be expected of me in terms of personal or time commitment?
Please try to attend all classes and arrive on time. Of course, if you spend a little of your free time going over what we have covered, you’ll find the classes much easier!
How will my learning be assessed and reviewed?
There will be a short quiz at the end of the course covering a range of topics
What could I go on to do after I have finished the course?
Intermediate Spanish and so on improving the skills
How will I say what I think about the course?
Feedback forms will be issued at the end of the course. If issues arise at any point please feel free to talk to the tutor

- ‘F’: courses are accredited and are funded by the ‘Skills Funding Agency’ for those aged 16 and over.
- ‘L’ & ‘N’ courses for those aged 19 and over.
- ‘L’ courses are supported by Leeds City Council for Leeds Metropolitan area residents, priority given to those living in disadvantaged areas, people not in employment and/or in receipt of benefits, those with low skills, no qualifications, disadvantaged groups or individuals with specific needs e.g. lone parents, BAME groups, adults with LDD.
