Indian head massage
The aim of Indian head massage is to release the tension from the tissues, muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders. It can be performed sitting up and fully clothed.

The treatments involves massage, shiatsu and acupressure techniques on the upper back, shoulders, arms/hands, neck, scalp and face. As well as relaxing tense areas, this also helps to rebalance the energy, clearing any areas of negativity. The use of essential oils during treatment is optional.
Indian head massage is especially good for relieving stress, tension, fatigue, insomnia, headaches, migraine and sinusitis.
