Accessibility

Swarthmore is located in several Georgian houses which have been joined together.  This means some of the floors are a little uneven, and there are steps and stairs around the building.

We have a lift from the basement area (hall, arts rooms) to the groundfloor (reception, coffee bar, some teaching rooms), and there is a platform lift in the Art studio.  However, there is no lift from the ground floor to the first floor at the moment so not all teaching rooms or offices are accessible.

Please visit us before enrolling to make sure you are happy with access into and within our building.

We aim to make our courses as accessible as possible and will relocate them to a downstairs room if we can.

We will also try to make information available to you in a way which meets your needs.  Please let us know how we can help.
