In a day and age where we are being pushed and pulled in all directions we at Swarthmore want to give people an opportunity to learn new skills as one way to deal with the challenges of daily life.
It is well documented that taking part in some form of exercise, meditation or other therapeutic activity will help people become healthier and happier. They aren't "the answer" but they will definitely help you fill up your box of tools to help you get to or stay in a place that is indeed happier and healthier.
