Somatics & Movement
Join us for a 5 week course in Somatics & Movement, The practice of Somatics helps us develop our awareness of our ‘felt sense’, release tension and improves ease of movement. An informative and experiential course based on the work of Thomas Hannah. Learners will be verbally guided through a set of gentle movements to help release muscle tension, improve balance and increase awareness of how you move.
