Mindfulness has fast become a useful and everyday technique used by people to help deal with everyday stresses, we also have a new course offering a Family Mindfulness course. You and your family can learn simple techniques to help improve family wellbeing and relaxation.

We have also introduced Reflexology for beginners, this is a course that will focus on pressure techniques directed at the feet and hands or if you prefer why not try our Indian Head Massage course. Indian head massage is beneficial to overall health and wellbeing, it can help relieve stress, tension and fatigue.
