Mindfulness has fast become a useful and everyday technique used by people to help deal with everyday stress, we also have a new course offering knon as the Family Mindfulness course. You and your family can learn simple techniques to help improve family wellbeing and relaxation.
These courses are for beginners, intermediates or even advanced students who have been on such courses before. We encourage you to book early for health and well being courses as they tend to get filled up rather quickly.
