Our courses range in duration but can last up to 12-weeks. We are looking to increase evening and weekend provision, as well as daytime provision on Thursdays and Fridays.

Could you help young people with SEND take their first steps into the world of work?
Join Swarthmore Education Centre as a Job Coach for SEND Students and play a vital role in helping young people move towards independence through meaningful employment.We’re looking for someone who can build strong, lasting relationships with local employers to create a network of inclusive and supportive workplaces. You’ll work closely with students aged 16–25 to prepare them for the world of work, while also working with employers to arrange placements, work trials and job opportunities that match each student’s skills and aspirations.
This is a varied and rewarding role, combining one-to-one support, employability teaching, and partnership-building. You’ll be a key part of each student’s journey – from developing their confidence and workplace skills, to helping them settle into employment and achieve long-term success.

Hours: Permanent. 3 days per week.
Salary: Starting Salary £26,619.84 - £27,312.48 (pro rata)
